Use of Library display cases is subject to the following conditions. Submission of this form indicates that you have read and agreed to the Art Gallery Policy:
- Community display cases may be reserved for three months, pending availability. Reservations coincide with the quarterly schedule of the Library’s newsletter.
- All applicants must complete this form. The Marketing Manager handles approval and scheduling on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Notify the Marketing Manager immediately if a reservation must be cancelled.
- No political materials, advertisements, or solicitations are allowed, except Library-sponsored exceptions.
- Displayed items must respect community standards. Offensive, obscene, or suggestive materials are not allowed. Displays may have brief descriptions/labels.
- No prices or values may be listed; no sales or auctions are permitted on Library premises.
- The Library may promote your display and must be notified of any external publicity.
- The Library is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Items are displayed at the owner’s risk, and no insurance is provided. Materials must be contained within the display case.
- Displays must remain intact for the full period and be removed promptly at the end. Items left for over a month may be discarded.
- Display areas must be left clean and undamaged; the exhibitor is responsible for any damage.
