A Murder Victim’s Sister Discovers Restorative Justice

Gail Rice shares her story as the sister of a murdered on-duty police officer and how she became involved with restorative justice. She’ll introduce restorative justice and explain the difference from the regular criminal justice system. Rice is a retired adult educator and longtime volunteer at Chicago’s Cook County jail.
