Participants interested in attending a KidneyMobile screening can pre-register by clicking on this link: https://mobilescreening.nkfi.org/preregistration. Upon arrival at the screening location, participants should inform the registration staff that they have pre-registered to begin right away.
Must be 18 years or older. Walk-ins are welcome. Fasting not required. Urine sample will be required. For more information, contact the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois at (312)-321-1500.
