Please join Gail Morales of Blissful Light for a Chair Yoga class, focusing on strengthening and stretching your body while focusing your mind and helping you tap into your breath. Using a chair to perform traditional yoga poses (seated and standing) can support your body and protect against falls and injury while you get stronger.

The goal of the class is to have everyone feeling better than they did when they arrived.  Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move accordingly. Beginners are welcome in the class, and no experience is necessary.

Classes will be limited to the first 25 participants. This program is funded by the AgeOptions Library CARES ARPA grant. Attendees participate at their own risk.
