Media on Demand – Libby, by OverDrive

- If you currently use the legacy OverDrive app and need assistance, visit https://help.overdrive.com.
- Libby’s minimum iOS version is now iOS 10. To use Libby on an iOS device, users are required to update their device’s operating system to iOS 10 or newer. These are the steps to help iOS users update their operating system version.
- The legacy OverDrive for Mac desktop app is only supported on macOS versions 10.12.1 through 10.14.
- Users on legacy web browsers may experience issues loading libbyapp.com or your OverDrive website and should upgrade to a newer browser version, if possible.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download Hoopla from your app store.
- Open Hoopla and click sign up. Enter your email address and a password you would like to use.
- You will be prompted to search for our library or given a choice of libraries. Click or type in Oak Lawn Public Library.
- Review and agree to the terms.
- Now, add your library card number. Type in the 14-digit code on the back of your library card.
- Add your PIN. The default PIN is the last four digits of your phone number. If you have trouble with the PIN, call Customer Service: (708) 422-4990.
- You’re ready to use Hoopla!
