Library Staff

Having an engaged and educated staff is of the utmost importance at Oak Lawn Public Library. Our staff members aim to foster discovery and inspire intellectual growth while providing patrons with outstanding service. We do this through a compassionate approach providing expert recommendations for the best in books, movies and music; databases and research; and classes, programs and events. With 72 employees (39 full-time and 33 part-time), appropriate hiring and training and internal communication sets our team apart.
