Last Super STEAM Saturday for the School Year

Topic: Constellations

Do you know different cultures see various pictures in the sky? You might know a constellation called Ursa Major (Big Dipper), but in Aztec mythology, this group of stars is Tezcatlipoca and to Celts of England and Wales, it was King Arthur's chariot! Depending on which age bracket your child will be attending, they might get to make a sky map to take home, learn to be a citizen scientist for light pollution, make their own glow-in-the-dark constellation, compare constellation images, or hear creation myths.
