AgeOptions helps older adults in suburban Cook County by empowering them with information and resources. AgeOptions connects seniors to services in their specific areas including in-home care; adult day services; telephone assistance; nutritious meals; and intervention and education to prevent fraud, abuse, and neglect.

The Worth Township Food Pantry is currently still open (as of 3/20/2020). Worth Township residents may use the pantry once per month and must provide proof of residency with either a current Driver's License/State ID or a current utility bill. To access the food pantry, please go to the doors on the south side of the Worth Township building (116th Place, east door) and ring the bell.

The Oak Lawn Senior Bus is still currently taking reservations to drive senior citizens to medical appointments and grocery stores only, however no new applications for this service are being taken at this time (as of 3/20/2020). Call to make an appointment.

Exercise and Physical Activity from the National Institute on Aging
The National Institute on Aging has compiled many resources to exercise and continue physical activity. This resource contains articles about different types of physical exercise and videos that can be done at home.
